So, on my first day as a "VEGAN" (AHHHH!), this is what I ate...
Breakfast: Hashbrowns with a bunch of veggies and organic tofu.
Lunch: Falafel and some raw yellow, green and red bell peppers.
Side note: Sophie is now a falafel fan, Cole insists he hates it, though he ate the one I gave him.Dinner: Rainbow Chili
Dessert: Baked apples with oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Go Vegan! I'm in food heaven!
